All transformation requires a deeper question.

Are you asking the right ones?

THE WORK

Lead from a deeper place.

Before you can lead, you have to understand who you are, where you are, and your relationship to what’s possible.

01 / SEEING CLEARLY

Most leaders are moving too fast to notice what's actually driving them or who they’re becoming in the process. We slow down long enough to unearth the questions that are shaping everything else.

02 / THE QUESTIONS UNDERNEATH

We work toward the kind of leadership that holds vision and reality together with good judgment, courage, and something only you can bring.

03 / CREATIVE RESPONSE

ABOUT ME

I believe a leaders’ job is to create the conditions for trust and possibility.

For nearly a decade, I’ve coached senior leaders (CEOs, founders, presidents, and VPs) at moments when the usual strategies stop working and something else is being asked of them.

While I worked for a small coaching firm prior to starting my own practice, I spent years working with leaders across contexts — from entrepreneurial firms to international development in Rwanda, Cambodia, and India. What those experiences gave me was a way of paying attention: to the person beyond the role, to patterns of authentic leadership, and to the deeper questions of meaning.

  • Kyler Mason

    PRESIDENT, ELEMENT 3

Creatio helped us significantly level up our already high powered team. We got comfortable with challenging our status quo and have the tools to get the most important, strategic topics on the table. Our approach to challenging each other and treating business strategy as a "team sport" is night and day after working with Creatio.

  • Josh Block

    PRESIDENT, BLOCK IMAGING

Wes has played an integral part in coaching me and several of our leaders through a tremendously high-paced, high-growth and high-change season. Even in times when I wasn't sure I needed or had time for help, carving out time dedicated to sorting through, prioritizing and navigating all that was going on inside of and around me was crucial to staying above water and helping to create calm seas for our team to sail on.

  • Jillian Ashton

    CEO, ICAN

Being an executive of a small not for profit felt very isolating. Making tough decisions, wearing multiple hats daily and constantly asking myself "if not me, then who?" was simply exhausting. Working with Wes has shown me ways to shift to coaching the team with clarity and growing their leadership skill set. It also has us changing our culture to one of curiosity. Key strategic decisions are now a shared responsibility. I no longer feel it's all on my shoulders - I have been rejuvenated and our mission is impacting people more than ever.
