All transformation requires a deeper question.
Are you asking the right ones?
THE WORKLead from a deeper place.
Before you can lead, you have to understand who you are, where you are, and your relationship to what’s possible.
01 / SEEING CLEARLY
Most leaders are moving too fast to notice what's actually driving them or who they’re becoming in the process. We slow down long enough to unearth the questions that are shaping everything else.
02 / THE QUESTIONS UNDERNEATH
We work toward the kind of leadership that holds vision and reality together with good judgment, courage, and something only you can bring.
03 / CREATIVE RESPONSE
ABOUT MEI believe a leaders’ job is to create the conditions for trust and possibility.
For nearly a decade, I’ve coached senior leaders (CEOs, founders, presidents, and VPs) at moments when the usual strategies stop working and something else is being asked of them.
While I worked for a small coaching firm prior to starting my own practice, I spent years working with leaders across contexts — from entrepreneurial firms to international development in Rwanda, Cambodia, and India. What those experiences gave me was a way of paying attention: to the person beyond the role, to patterns of authentic leadership, and to the deeper questions of meaning.
