ABOUT ME

I believe a leaders’ job is to create the conditions in which a group of people can do their best work while pursuing a better future together.

Wes is an executive coach and collaborator with a deep commitment to emotional fitness, healthy teams, and courage. Prior to starting his own practice, he served as an executive coach solely to various C-Suites for the last five years with the previous five years working directly with entrepreneurial senior executives. He is highly skilled at helping senior executives develop emotional clarity, engage in tough conversations, build collaborative teams, and find deeper meaning in their vocation. With skills in strategy, design, and facilitation and a broad perspective from international work in Rwanda, Cambodia, and India, Wes brings versatility and depth to his work as a coach. He graduated with a BA in Music from Anderson University and has an MA in International Relations from the University of Indianapolis.
